Rollatainers to allot shares
Board meeting on 23 October 2007
The board meeting of Rollatainers will be held on 23 October 2007 to consider and allot new shares consequent to reduction of paid up share capital by 90%, consequently face value of Rs 10 paid up equity share shall stand reduced to Rs 1 each and after reduction, ten equity share of Rs 1 each fully paid up shall be consolidated into one equity share of Rs 10 each, pursuant to rehabilitation scheme sanction by the board for industrial and financial reconstruction (BIFR).
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 17 October 2007.
