Timex Watches to change its name
To Timex Group India
Timex Watches has announced that pursuant to the approval of the board of directors of company at its meeting held on 26 April 2007 and approval of members of company at their annual general meeting held on 25 September 2007, the registrar of companies, Delhi and Haryana has approved the change of name of company from Timex Watches to Timex Group India.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours today, 15 October 2007.
