The sub-committee of Viceroy Hotels has allotted 24,57,026 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 77.50 per share consequent to the conversion of warrants issued earlier to P Chakradhar Reddy (12,85,597 equity shares), Pioneer Earth Movers (171,429 equity shares), Rakesh Jhunjhunwala (10,00,000 equity shares).
The committee also allotted 471,250 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 90.00 per share consequent to the conversion of warrants issued earlier to Adit Mehta (325,000 equity shares), Vijay Sanmukhhdas Israni & Indru Vijay Israni (146,250 equity shares).
These shares were allotted at the sub-committee meeting held on 14 July 2007.
