The board has approved the scheme of arrangement / merger of various companies with the company.

Further, the board has approved and allotted 47,83,796 equity shares of Rs 10 each as fully paid up to the respective share holders of the transferor companies.

This was decided at the board meeting held on 11 July 2007.
