Maha Rashtra Apex Corporation plans stock-split
Shares of Rs 10 each to be sub-divided into 10 shares of Rs 1 each

Maha Rashtra Apex Corporation's board has approved the sub-division of the equity shares of the company having a nominal face value of Rs 10 each per share, into equity shares having a nominal face value of Re 1 each per share.
