Board of HDFC Life approves NCD issuance up to Rs 2,000 cr
At meeting held on 15 July 2024
The Board of HDFC Life Insurance Company at its meeting held on 15 July 2024 has approved raising of funds through issuance of NCDs in the nature of subordinated debt instrument upto Rs 2,000 crore in one or more tranches, on a private placement basis, over a period of 12 months, subject to receipt of regulatory approvals, as may be necessary.
