Metro Brands allots 19,997 equity shares under ESOP
Metro Brands has allotted 19,997 equity shares under ESOP on 08 July 2024. Consequently, the paid up equity share capital has increased to Rs. 1,359,715,020 (consisting of Rs. 271,943,004 equity shares of Rs. 5 each).
