Board of Marathon Nextgen Realty approves fund raising of up to Rs 500 cr
At meeting held on 21 June 2024
The Board of Marathon Nextgen Realty at its meeting held on 21 June 2024 has approved the proposal to raise funds up to Rs 500 crore via issue of securities. The Board also approved increase in authorised share capital from Rs 51.50 crore to Rs 75 crore.
