Alkyl Amines Chemicals has allotted 9,637 equity shares under ESOP on 14 June 2024.
With this allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.10,22,42,790/- divided into 5,11,21,395 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to Rs.10,22,62,064/- divided into 5,11,31,032 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
