Board of TD Power Systems recommends final dividend
Of Rs 0.6 per share
TD Power Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 23 May 2024, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 0.6 per equity Share (i.e. 30%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
