Board of KPI Green Energy approves fund raising up to Rs 1,000 cr
At meeting held on 13 May 2024
The Board of KPI Green Energy at its meeting held on 13 May 2024 has approved raising of funds up to Rs 1,000 crore by way of issuance of equity shares or equity linked securities of the company under QIP route in one or more tranches.
