Board of Fortis Malar Hospitals recommends interim dividend
Of Rs 40 per share
Fortis Malar Hospitals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 12 April 2024, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 40 per equity Share (i.e. 400%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
