Atul Auto invests Rs 19.99 cr in Atul Greentech's rights issue
Atul Auto has invested Rs.19,99,98,560 by way of subscription in the equity share capital of its subsidiary namely Atul Greentech on right basis.

The said shares have been allotted on 06 March 2024.

With this investment, the total investment made by the Company in AGPL stands to Rs.29.99 crore.

The Company owns 80% stake in AGPL. There is no change in the shareholding percentage of the Company in AGPL pursuant to such an acquisition.
