Board of Aegis Logistics recommends second interim dividend
Of Rs 2 per share
Aegis Logistics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 15 February 2024, inter alia, have recommended the second interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity Share (i.e. 200%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
