At meeting held on 08 February 2024
The Board of NCC at its meeting held on 08 February 2024 has approved the appointment of Ramesh Kailasam (DIN-07648920) and Uma Shankar (DIN-07165728) as Additional Directors in the category of Non-Executive Independent Director on the Board of the Company.
