Board of Vedant Fashions approves scheme of amalgamation
At meeting held on 25 January 2024
The Board of Vedant Fashions at its meeting held on 25 January 2024 has approved Scheme of Amalgamation of Manyavar Creations (MCPL or Amalgamating Company), wholly owned subsidiary of the Company into and with the Company.
