Board of Coforge recommends 3rd interim dividend
Of Rs 19 per share
Coforge announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 January 2024, inter alia, have recommended the 3rd interim dividend of Rs 19 per equity Share (i.e. 190%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
