Yes Bank has allotted 17,59,595 equity shares under ESOS on 19 January 2024. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 57,52,31,48,584/- consisting of 28,76,15,74,292 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 57,52,66,67,774/- consisting of 28,76,33,33,887 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
