IRB Infra raises Rs 520 cr for Ganga Expressway Project
IRB Infrastructure Developer announced that Meerut Buduan Expressway (MBEL) i.e. Ganga Expressway Project SPV, an associate of the Company, on 15 January 2024, has allotted Indian-rupee denominated unlisted, unsecured, redeemable, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) aggregating to Rs 520 crore on a private placement basis to the Company and GIC affiliate. The Company and GIC affiliate have contributed Rs 265.20 crore and Rs 254.80 crore respectively.
