Dhampur Sugar Mills approves buyback of shares
The Board of directors of Dhampur Sugar Mills have approved the Buyback by the Company of up to 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) fully paid-up Equity Shares of face value of Rs.10 (Rupees Ten only) each at a price of ₹300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) per Equity Share payable in cash for an aggregate amount of up to Rs.30,00,00,000 (Rupees Thirty Crores only). Centrum Capital Limited has been appointed as the Manager to the Buyback.
