TVS Supply Chain Solutions on 02 January 2024 has allotted 1,80,031 equity shares of Re 1/- each, fully paid-up, pursuant to exercise of options under TVS SCS Management Incentive Plan (MIP) I and II. The equity shares so allotted under the MIP I and MIP II shall rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of TVS SCS in all respects.
Post allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs 43,97,79,856/- comprising of 43,97,79,856 equity shares of Re 1/- each, fully paid-up to Rs 43,99,59,887/- comprising of 43,99,59,887 equity shares of
Re 1/- each.
