Board of KPI Green Energy recommends issue of bonus equity shares
At meeting held on 30 December 2023
The Board of KPI Green Energy at its meeting held on 30 December 2023 has recommended the issue of bonus equity shares in the ratio of 1:2 (One bonus equity shares of Rs 10 each for every 2 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up).
