Pritika Auto Industries allots 6.18 cr equity shares under scheme of arrangement
Pritika Auto Industries has allotted 6,18,40,167 equity shares of Rs 2 each to the equity shareholders of the demerged company - Pritika Industries pursuant to scheme of arrangement for demerger of ‘Automotive/Tractor/Engineering Components Business Undertaking' of Pritika Industries (demerged company) into Pritika Auto Industries (resulting company).
