Ugro Capital update on proposed public issue of NCDs of Rs 200 cr
Ugro Capital has approved the draft prospectus for proposed issuance of rated, secured, listed, redeemable, non convertible debentures for amount of Rs. 100 crore (base issue size) with an option to retain oversubscription up to Rs. 100 crores (green shoe option), cumulatively aggregating up to Rs. 200 crores (overall issue size), through public issue.
