Sterling & Wilson Renewable Energy has allotted 37,627 equity shares under ESOP on 26 December 2023. Consequent to the
above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 23,29,76,837/- consisting of 23,29,76,837 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to Rs. 23,30,14,464/-consisting of 23,30,14,464 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
