Board of Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores approves bonus issue of 5:1
At meeting held on 18 December 2023
The Board of Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores at its meeting held on 18 December 2023 has approved issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 5:1 (five new fully paid up equity shares of Rs 10 each for every one existing fully paid up equity share of Rs 10 each). The Board approved the increase in authorised share capital of the company from Rs 115 crore to Rs 200 crore.
