Aster DM Healthcare FZC, a wholly owned step-down material subsidiary of Aster DM Healthcare has incorporated Aster Shared Services Centre (ASSCPL), a wholly owned subsidiary Company in India on 08 November 2023.
The main object of ASSCPL is to provide software solutions for information technology, telecommunications, other technology driven
segments, back-office support services/ outsourcing services for all functions including human resources, finance, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, information technology, payroll, procurement, revenue cycle management and such other ancillary services in India and abroad.
ASSCPL has been incorporated to consolidate Shared Service Centre Operations and Aster Digital Health operations under Aster DM Healthcare FZC.
