Board of Welspun Corp approves capex of Rs 300 cr for expansion of DI pipes capacity
At meeting held on 08 November 2023
The Board of Welspun Corp at its meeting held on 08 November 2023 has approved to expand its DI Pipes capacity by 100 KMTPA in Anjar, which will take the total DI Pipes capacity to 500 KMTPA. The will fund the expansion by way of Rs 210 crore in debt and Rs 90 cr in promoter contribution.
