Eris Lifesciences avails term loan of Rs 280 cr from Citi Bank
To fund acquisition of Biocon Biologics's Nephrology and Dermatology biz in India
Eris Lifesciences has availed a Term Loan Facility from Citi Bank N.A. amounting to Rs. 280 crore for financing the acquisition of the Nephrology and Dermatology businesses pertaining to the Indian Territory of Biocon Biologics as informed by the Company on 08 November 2023.
