Board of Inox Wind approves fund raising up to Rs 500 cr via preference shares
At meeting held on 07 November 2023
The Board of Inox Wind at its meeting held on 07 November 2023 has approved raising of funds by way of issuance of 0.01% Non-Convertible Non-Cumulative Participating Redeemable Preference Shares of face value of Rs. 10 each of the Company (NCPRPS), fully paid up, at par, for cash consideration of up to Rs 500 crore, on private placement basis
