Board of NTPC recommends first interim dividend
Of Rs 2.25 per share
NTPC announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2023, inter alia, have recommended the first interim dividend of Rs 2.25 per equity Share (i.e. 22.5%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
