RBL Bank has allotted 1,95,875 equity shares of Rs 10 each under ESOP on 26 October 2023.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from 60,13,59,641 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 601,35,96,410 to 60,15,55,516 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating to Rs. 601,55,55,160.
