Rail Vikas Nigam forms JV for greenfield Varanasi Ranchi-Kolkata Highway project
Rail Vikas Nigam has formed a joint venture namely, Chatra Expressways for execution of NHAI project entailing construction of 6-lane greenfield Varanasi Ranchi-Kolkata Highway under Bharatmala Pariyojana in the State of Jharkhand on Hybrid Annuity Mode. The company will have a 49% stake in the JV while 51% will be held by Tracks & Towers Infratech. The project cost is Rs 1271.98 crore.
