Alkyl Amines Chemicals has allotted 6,406 equity shares under ESOP on 18 September 2023. Upon allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs.10,22,27,880/- divided into 5,11,13,940 equity shares of Rs.2/- each to Rs.10,22,40,692/- divided into 5,11,20,346 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
