Board of Captain Pipes allots 82.5 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants and bonus issue
At meeting held on 15 September 2023
The Board of Captain Pipes at its meeting held on 15 September 2023 as allotted 27,50,000 equity shares along with 55,00,000 bonus equity shares thereon on conversion of warrants. Accordingly, the paid up equity share capital has increased 14,77,06,800 equity shares of Re 1 each.
