Board of Indiamart Intermesh approves share buyback of Rs 500 cr
At meeting held on 20 July 2023
The Board of Indiamart Intermesh at its meeting held on 20 July 2023 has approved the proposal for buyback of 12,50,000 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 400 per equity share for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 500 crore.
