Intellect Design Arena has allotted 156,185 equity shares under ESOP on 19 July 2023.
The paid-up share capital of the Company accordingly increases from Rs. 68,06,81,190/- divided into 13,61,36,238 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each to Rs. 68,14,62,115 /- divided into 13,62,92,423 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.
