Yes Bank has allotted 2,08,750 equity shares under ESOS on 19 July 2023. Consequent to the allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Bank stands increased from Rs. 57,51,13,40,268/- consisting of 28,75,56,70,134 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 57,51,17,57,768/- consisting of 28,75,58,78,884 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each.
