Board of Ashiana Housing approves share buyback of Rs 55 cr
At meeting held on 12 July 2023
The Board of Ashiana Housing at its meeting held on 12 July 2023 has approved the proposal for buyback of 18,27,242 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each at a price of Rs 301 per share payable in cash for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 55 crore.
