Affle India Group to acquire balance stake in Appnext
For USD 1.5 million within 3 years
Affle India announced that its wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore, Affle International will acquire the balance 5% stake in Appnext at a consideration of USD 1.5 million within 3 years in tranches.
