Board of Aurionpro Solutions approves preferential issue of shares and warrants
At meeting held on 20 June 2023
The Board of Aurionpro Solutions at its meeting held on 20 June 2023 has approved the preferential issue of 3 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 880 per share for an aggregate amount of Rs 26.40 crore. The Board also approved the issue of 5 lakh convertible warrants of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 880 per share for an aggregate amount of Rs 44 crore.
