Macrotech Developers has allotted 48,18,05,547 equity shares of Rs 10/- each as fully paid-up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 1 new fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each for every existing 1 equity share of Rs 10
each, to members whose names appear in the register of Members/Beneficial Owners as on 31 May 2023, being the record date fixed for this purpose.
Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 9,63,61,10,940 consisting of 96,36,11,094 equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
