Ugro Capital has approved the issuance of 2500 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable Non-Convertible Debentures denominated in Indian Rupees, each having face value of Rs 1,00,000 aggregating upto Rs 25 crore on private placement basis and issuance of 27000 Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Transferable Non-Convertible Debentures denominated in Indian Rupees, each having face value of Rs 1,00,000 aggregating upto Rs 270 crore on private placement basis.
