Board of NRB Industrial Bearings approves allotment of 75 lakh preference shares
At meeting held on 25 May 2023
The Board of NRB Industrial Bearings approved the allotment of 75,00,000 Cumulative, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Preference Shares ('CRPS') of a face value of Rs 10/- each amounting to Rs 7.50 crore to Devesh Singh Sahney, Chairman & Managing Director of the Company on private placement basis.
