Kalpataru Power Transmission renamed as Kalpataru Projects International
With effect from 22 May 2023
Kalpataru Power Transmission announced that its corporate name has changed to “Kalpataru Projects International (KPIL)”, following the receipt of approvals from shareholders and regulatory authorities including the Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The name change is effective from 22 May 2023 and the Company will henceforth operate under the name “ Kalpataru Projects International Limited".
