Macrotech Developers absorbs five of its wholly owned subsidiaries
Macrotech Developers announced that the certified copy of the final Order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, (‘NCLT') along with the Scheme approving Merger by Absorption, of 5 wholly owned subsidiaries i.e., Bellissimo Constructions and Developers Private , Homescapes Constructions, Primebuild Developers and Farms, Palava Institute of Advanced Skill Training and Center for Urban Innovation with Macrotech Developers has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai on 20 May 2023 upon which the Scheme has become effective.
