Board of JK Tyre & Industries recommends Final Dividend
Of Rs.2 per share
JK Tyre & Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 17 May 2023, has recommended a Final dividend of Rs.2 per share (i.e.100%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
