Board of ITI allots 1.13 cr equity shares to Govt. of India
At meeting held on 11 May 2023
The Board of ITI at its meeting held on 11 May 2023 has approved the allotment of 1,13,09,586 equity shares issued at Rs 94.61 (Rs 10 face value and premium of Rs 84.61) to the President of India, against capital grant of Rs 107 crore received from Government ofIndia. The Capex receipt of Rs.107 crore and allotment of equity shares is made pursuant to BIFR order dated 08 January 2013.
