The Board also accepted the resignation of Dr. Satinder Singh Rekhi from the position of Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of the Company with effect from 10 May 2023. The Board also took on record resignation of Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh (Retd.) and Avirag Jain from the position of Directors of the Company with effect from 10 May 2023 (close of business hours). However, both of them will continue to be in the employment of the Company.
