PNB Housing Finance has allotted 9,06,81,828 rights equity share at a price of Rs 275 per rights equity share (including a premium of Rs 265).
Accordingly, pursuant to the allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs168,86,18,680 comprising of 16,88,61,868 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs 259,54,36,960 comprising of 25,95,43,696 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/-.
